Animal wellbeing
The physical and mental well-being of your companions is one of our priorities and we do everything to make their visit as pleasant as possible. Our waiting and hospitalization rooms separated by species, a gentle approach, pheromones and relaxing music help calm our patients.
Treats galore!
If not contraindicated, our patients receive lots of treats during the visit. The goal is to show them that the veterinary office is not a scary place. On the contrary, our patients will subsequently associate the veterinarian with good things, which greatly reduces their fear and stress.
Listen
In the Fear Free concept, the consultation time at the PalleVet veterinary practice is voluntarily extended to allow your companion the necessary acclimatization time, to examine our patients at their own pace and to give you all the necessary information and explanations.
